Executive Administrative Assistant
What is the position?The Executive Administrative Assistant supports senior leaders by delivering strategic administrative and operational coordination across global teams. This role plays a key part in driving efficiency, strengthening communication, and ensuring seamless collaboration in a fast-moving, multicultural environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically proficient, and comfortable managing competing priorities.What are the responsibilities?As an Executive Administrative Assistant, you will:Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering clear communication and collaboration across teamsMaintain organized digital workflows using tools for document management and automationBuild and manage Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs, project milestones, and team resourcesDevelop and administer SharePoint sites to enhance knowledge sharing and project coordinationOversee complex scheduling, meetings, and event logistics across multiple international time zonesCoordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and collaborate with internal partners such as IT, HR, and facilitiesSupport employee engagement initiatives and community-related activitiesRecommend and implement process enhancements to improve operational effectivenessWhat are the requirements?Strong Power BI experience creating and analyzing dashboardsAdvanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and TeamsProficiency in SharePoint for document control and workflow optimizationExceptional organizational abilities with strong attention to detailDemonstrated discretion when handling sensitive or confidential informationBackground in event coordination and administrative project managementExperience within engineering or manufacturing environments is a plusYou would be really happy here if:You thrive under pressure, staying focused and dependable when managing high-priority projectsYou enjoy thinking creatively and finding innovative ways to improve processes and solve challengesJoCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
