Our global organization has a 1000-member team across 25 countries.sa.global is looking for a skilled D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management Consultant in Colombia to join our dynamic Managed Services team. In this role you will deliver high-quality functional support and consultancy services for D365 FSCM, with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management modules. You will work closely with clients to optimize their systems, resolve complex issues, and ensure long-term platform stability and value.This is a mid-to-senior level role for an established consultant with strong SCM expertise.Areas of ResponsibilityProvide hands-on functional support and consultancy for D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management within agreed Service Level TargetsAct as a subject matter expert for Supply Chain Management modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, and LogisticsAnalyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex business and system issuesCollaborate with client stakeholders to improve system usage and business processesProactively identify risks, recurring issues, and optimization opportunitiesCollaborate with team members as part of a global divisionRecommend improvements to internal support methodologies and processes, along with proposed solutionsRecognize opportunities for additional service offerings or enhancements that can benefit clientsLiaise with Microsoft and ISV partners where requiredSupport release management, testing, and deployment activitiesContribute to knowledge base documentation and best practice guidelinesIdentify opportunities for additional services and client valueMaintain a professional and trusted advisor relationship with clientsCommit to continuous learning and certification developmentSkills and ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain ManagementExperience with Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting)Proven expertise in Supply Chain Management modules (Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Planning, Logistics)Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain and operational processesExperience working in Managed Services or post-implementation support environmentsAbility to manage complex functional support scenariosConfident in providing client-facing consultancy and advisory servicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHigh attention to detail and quality standardsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience with integrations, ISVs, and reporting toolsExposure to Power Platform and automationExperience supporting global or multi-entity environmentsEducationBachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualificationsRelevant Microsoft certifications are preferred
