The QE will work closely with Product Managers and Developers to understand product features and technical implementations, ensuring our digital platforms, sites, and products consistently meet high standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This role is pivotal in elevating our QE practices, establishing rigorous testing standards, and driving continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities include designing, developing, maintaining, and executing various types of testing such as smoke, regression, functional, and performance testing, with full traceability to business requirements and technical specifications. The QE will analyze software internals, debug issues, review logs, and develop automated tests utilizing appropriate scripting and automation tools. Continuous innovation in testing methodologies, tools, and processes is essential to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The role also involves regular communication of testing metrics and insights to stakeholders, maintaining and enhancing automation frameworks, and supporting team members through mentorship and collaboration.
