This is a high-performance sales position inside a growing dental practice with unlimited earning potential.ResponsibilitiesMeet one-on-one with pre-qualified implant and cosemtic patients and guide them to a decisionPresent treatment plans ranging from $5,000 to $50,000+ with confidence and empathyHandle objections around cost, fear, and timing — and overcome themCoordinate same-day financing approvalsFollow up on unconverted consults until they book or opt outOwn your conversion rateQualificationsProven high-ticket closer (dental, medical, aesthetics, or similar)Comfortable with big decisions and emotional conversationsEmpathetic but driven — you care AND you closePerformance-minded with no excuses mentalityHaving dental experience is a big plus (ie. front desk/tx coordinator who understands marketing and selling, know Dentrix, etc.)This isn't a job posting.
