Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.\nCode Review and Quality Assurance: Review code to ensure it meets quality standards. Conduct regular quality assurance testing to identify and address issues proactively.\nTechnical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices. Provide technical expertise and guidance to the development team.\nSystems Analysis and Development: Coordinate systems analysis and applications development activities through direct and indirect staff. Direct development teams in scheduling, technical direction, future planning, and standard development practices.\nCommunication: Effectively communicate with senior-level management, project managers, and other stakeholders. Provide updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.\nMentorship and Training: Mentor and train junior developers to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth.\nQualifications:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered.\nExperience: A minimum of 7 years of IT and business work experience, including a proven track record of leading developers in systems analysis and/or programming functions.\nLeadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor senior web developers and/or technical staff.
