Job DetailsSchedule: Saturday Sunday 6:30 AM 3:00 PM Part-Time Position Overview: Allstate Security is seeking professional Unarmed Security Officers to provide a safe and secure environment while delivering excellent customer service. Officers must demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to respond to situations calmly and effectively. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to accurately complete Daily Activity Reports and incident documentation. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain a visible and professional security presence Enforce site-specific policies, contract standards, and company guidelines Monitor for suspicious activity and report concerns as needed Respond to incidents in a calm and professional manner Administer and follow site safety programs in accordance with post orders Complete Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and incident reports Required QualificationsMust possess an active BSIS Guard Card Must provide proof of residency Must be able to pass a background check Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per shift Must have flexible availability Must be professional and well-groomed Must have strong customer service skills Must have reliable transportation Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English Work EnvironmentThis position requires standing for extended periods and maintaining a consistent security presence while interacting with clients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.
