Team members collaborate closely with clients and field crews to complete complex projects on time and within scope, often in challenging site conditions.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Orlando, FL. The Project Manager oversees industrial projects from planning through completion, coordinating sandblasting, protective coating, fabrication, and civil construction activities. Daily responsibilities include developing project plans and schedules, managing budgets, organizing resources, and monitoring progress to meet scope, quality, and safety requirements. The role collaborates with expeditors, logistics teams, inspectors, and field supervisors to ensure timely material delivery, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management. The Project Manager also prepares status reports, leads site meetings, addresses issues as they arise, and supports continuous improvement of project execution processes.Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.Expeditor and Expediting experience to track materials, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery to project sites.Inspection knowledge to support quality control, compliance with specifications, and alignment with industry standards.Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, inventory, and on-site material handling for multiple projects.Experience managing industrial and civilprojects.Strong leadership and team coordination abilities, with a focus on safety, reliability, and clear communication.Proficiency with project management software and basic office productivity tools.Familiarity with OSHA and other applicable safety and regulatory requirements for industrial worksites.
