Account Executive - Salesforce Consulting Services (GC/USC Only)

We are seeking a Salesforce Consulting Sales Specialist to drive high-impact implementation and managed services deals. You will move beyond "feature selling" to lead deep, consultative engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients across North America. We are not looking for a generalist. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify high-value opportunities through outbound hunting, networking, and industry events.Ecosystem Leverage: Activate your existing network of Salesforce Partner Managers (PAMs) and AEs to co-sell and drive lead flow.Consultative Discovery: Conduct deep-dive assessments to map complex business challenges to specific Salesforce solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Clouds, and Agentforce).Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales motion from initial cold-outreach to negotiating SOWs and final contract execution.Solution Collaboration: Partner with Solution Architects and Delivery Teams to craft compelling technical proposals and realistic project estimates.Pipeline Management: Maintain rigorous hygiene of your sales funnel and provide accurate forecasting via Salesforce CRM.Required Qualifications Note to Applicants: Candidates without direct experience selling Salesforce professional services or a background within the Salesforce ecosystem will not be considered for this role.Experience: Minimum 3+ years of B2B Salesforce Ecosystem sales within a professional services or IT consulting framework.Network: An established "rolodex" of Salesforce OEM contacts and a proven track record of working with Salesforce Account Executives.Product Knowledge: Deep fluency in the Salesforce product suite, including emerging technologies like Agentforce.Consultative Prowess: Ability to translate abstract business pains into tangible Salesforce implementation roadmaps.Drive: A hunter mentality with the ability to manage a 40–50% travel schedule to meet clients and partners on-site.Preferred SkillsDirect experience working for a Salesforce Partner Organization.Familiarity with Salesforce certifications and the AppExchange ecosystem.Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project implementation phases.
