You will lead classroom and virtual sessions, coach participants through hands-on practice, and assess their readiness to apply new skills on real projects.\r\nResponsibilities Delivers instructor-led learning experiences that build technical and project-readiness skills for early-career engineers and project professionals.\r\nFacilitates hands-on practice, labs, and simulations that help participants apply concepts to real work scenarios and prepare for project assignments.\r\nAssesses participant understanding and readiness through observation, discussions, and structured checks, and shares insights with program and business leaders.\r\nPrepares and tailors session materials, examples, and activities for each cohort in alignment with program design and business priorities.\r\nPartners with program leaders, subject matter experts, and managers to align training content with current tools, processes, and role expectations.\r\nMonitors feedback and learning outcomes to recommend improvements to course flow, activities, and delivery approaches.\r\nSupports cohort scheduling, communication, and basic session logistics to ensure a smooth learning experience from kickoff through completion.\r\nOther duties as assigned.\r\nQualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 7+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or project execution roles in an industrial, energy, or similar technical environment.\r\n3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training, technical workshops, or structured coaching to a professional audience.\r\nDemonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and places safety as the utmost priority.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and basic PC skills.\r\nPreferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a PMP certification.\r\n7+ years of experience in engineering, project management, or project execution roles in an industrial, energy, or similar technical environment.\r\n3+ years of experience delivering instructor-led training, technical workshops, or structured coaching to a professional audience.\r\nOther Requirements Demonstrates excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.\r\nSafety as the utmost priority.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skills.\r\nLocation Office located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma.\r\nEqual Opportunity Statement Williams is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
