This leader oversees the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of client-facing analytics while establishing scalable processes, governance, and operating models that support the organization's continued growth.\n\nThis role serves as the primary analytics partner to Client Success, working collaboratively to understand client objectives, uncovering the business questions behind reporting requests, and develop meaningful analytical solutions that improve client decision-making. Analytics Strategy and Functional Development\n\nBuild and lead Accuity's centralized Client Analytics function, establishing scalable processes, governance, and operating models that support organizational growth.\nDevelop the long-term vision, structure, and roadmap for Client Analytics while aligning priorities with business strategy and client needs.\nLead the centralization efforts of all client reporting into the Reporting & Analytics organization through thoughtful change management and strong cross-functional partnerships.\nEvaluate and continuously improve team structure, workflows, and service delivery models to support future growth and evolving client needs.\nEstablish performance metrics that measure service quality, client satisfaction, delivery effectiveness, and operational efficiency.\nClient Reporting and Analytics Delivery\n\nOversee production and delivery of recurring and ad hoc client reporting, dashboards, executive presentations, scorecards, and analytical deliverables.\nEnsure reporting products are accurate, timely, visually effective, and aligned with client expectations.\nDrive standardization of client reporting and dashboard offerings while maintaining flexibility to address unique client needs.\nReduce manual reporting processes through standardization, automation, and process improvement.\nPartner with Decision Support and other Reporting & Analytics teams to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of analytics solutions.\nClient Partnership and Strategic Consultation\n\nServe as the primary analytics partner to Client problem solving.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\n\nPartner closely with Client Success, Operations, Clinical Operations, Product, Technology, Decision Support, and the Senior Analytics Program Manager to align analytics priorities and delivery.\nSupport the intake, prioritization, and execution of client analytics initiatives.\nCollaborate with Product and Technology teams to enhance reporting capabilities and improve client-facing analytics solutions.\nPromote enterprise reporting standards, governance, and consistent client experiences.\nFoster strong communication and collaboration across functional teams.\nOperational Excellence and Continuous Improvement\n\nMonitor operational performance, service delivery metrics, and client satisfaction to identify improvement opportunities.\nLead initiatives that improve reporting efficiency, delivery consistency, automation, and scalability.\nDevelop repeatable processes that enhance the client experience while reducing administrative effort.\nPromote continuous improvement across reporting workflows, visualization standards, and client engagement practices.\nSupport innovation in client analytics through adoption of new technologies, visualization techniques, and analytical approaches.\nLeadership and Talent Development\n\nRecruit, develop, mentor, and retain a high-performing Client Analytics team.\nEstablish service excellence.\nEvaluate staffing needs and organizational structure to support the Client Analytics function.\nBuild leadership capability and technical expertise within the team.\nOther Duties as Assigned\n\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.\nQualifications\nEducation and Credentials\n\nBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field required.\nMaster's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Analytics, Public Health, or a related discipline preferred.\nOne or more of the following preferred:\nMBA\nMHA\nLean Six Sigma\nTableau, Power BI, or other data visualization certifications\nProject Management Professional (PMP) or similar project/program leadership certification\nExperience\n\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare analytics, reporting, business intelligence, decision support, revenue cycle analytics, or related functions.\nHealthcare industry experience required; revenue cycle experience strongly preferred.\nDemonstrated client-facing experience, including presenting analytical findings and supporting executive-level client discussions.\nStrong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.\nDemonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across operations, client-facing teams, technology,
