This role will support a wide range of projects related to solid waste management, environmental services, geotechnical engineering, water resources, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control planning, and construction administration.\n\nThis position can be filled at the following ARM Group locations:\n\nHershey, PA\n\nColumbia, MD\n\nMarlton, NJ\n\nWest Chester, PA\n\nRequirements\n\nPrepare, review, and update design drawings and investigation reports.\n\nObserve and monitor field work to analyze possible problems.\n\nPerform and/or check technical calculations.\n\nUse the principles of civil and environmental engineering to develop solutions to environmental problems.\n\nPrepare technical reports, letters, emails, permit applications, etc. for projects.\n\nCollaborate with other team members to meet deliverables on project and obtain further knowledge and experiences.\n\nEffectively communicate with key stake holders including project manager, project engineers, and other members of the project team.\n\nPro-actively recognize conditions and problems of non-routine nature, develop solutions, and seek guidance when needed.\n\nBase Requirements\n\nBachelor of Science degree in Civil, Environmental, or Geotechnical Engineering\n\nExperience with Autodesk Civil 3D\n\nA self-starter possessing strong communication, planning and organizational skills\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\n\nDesire to work on multiple projects in parallel rather than a single large project for months\n\nRequires travel to job sites and occasionally out of the local area overnight stay\n\nPreferred Requirements\n\nE.I.T. certification or the opportunity to obtain certification can be developed\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nMobility: Ability to walk and stand for extended periods, navigate uneven or rocky terrain, and climb stairs or ladders\n\nLifting & Carrying: Capability to lift and move equipment or samples safely, typically weighing up to 35 to 50 lbs\n\nYour Wellness, Our Priority: A Look at Our Benefits\nWe invest in our team's well-being and future through a comprehensive benefits package with a range of offerings designed to support you holistically.
