You will be expected to leverage relationships with rep network and sales channel to develop a product roadmap.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nResponsible for strategic planning and setting project priorities as well as managing a small team of direct reports.\nLeverage relationships with rep network and sales channel to develop product roadmap.\nWill manage complex team projects including determining timelines.\nDevelop and communicate solutions for unique and complex applications including design and special pricing.\nResponsible for highlighting and communicating key selling points of our current products for delivery to our sales teams and customers.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and work to implement where applicable.\nContinually evaluate our competition to further enhance the company's marketplace and use this knowledge to maintain and extend the company's advantage in associated markets.\nDevelop, organize and present trainings to internal/external customers and trade associations both onsite and offsite.\nTake a lead role in offsite events including planning, set-up, and organize customer interactions\nParticipates and lead industry associations.\nParticipate in industry codes and standard committees to influence industry direction.\nWill provide mentoring, training, indirect supervision of other team members, or may have direct reports.\nAid product support team on complex technical support via phone and e-mail for both internal and external customers in the areas of selection and application.\nDocument service calls to record data on product questions and field issues.\nMay travel to resolve field problems that require diagnostics or area of subject matter expertise.\nMust be able to travel up to 15% of time.\nWhat you should have:\n6-9 years of relevant work experience in engineering required.\n2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent years of job experience required.\n4 Year / bachelor’s degree preferred.\nBenefits for you and your family:\nOur benefit packages and salaries are among the best in our industry.
