Work with leadership when issues arise\nEach showroom, complete 3 product pass offs with Product Creation, for specific category\nOrganize their category’s showroom racks and confirm complete studio size run has been received for each style\nWork with Product Creation team to ensure samples arrive by DDD and timelines are kept\nMaintain and organize showrooms throughout each day: organizing racks, folding down showrooms, pulling product requests, completing go-backs, etc.\nShare out product updates to Studio Team and cross functional partners\nPrep samples for all line reviews and pre- production meetings\nMastermind samples inflow and outflow. Always maintain 5 showrooms.\nPull and prep racks for all photoshoots and schedule walkthroughs w/ styling team before each shoot.\nShare out product trackers with cross functional partners\nWork with the other sample coordinators to manage timelines and showrooms\nWork directly with the Product Manager to place Fulfillment Center orders as needed.\nAdditional Responsibilities\nFulfill Exec Requests\nEnsure proper number of samples have been ordered for celeb campaigns\nCheck mailroom for deliveries\nUnpack, organize and hang all FC orders\nAdministrative Tasks\nPlan each day’s tasks\nForecast upcoming shoots and projects then plan workflow / product needs accordingly\nUpdate product trackers on a consistent basis\nOther duties as assigned.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nAssociate’s or bachelor’s degree in Product Development, Fashion, or Design preferred.\n1-2 years professional work experience in an apparel brand preferred.\nProficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Adobe Acrobat, Excel and Power Point)\nOrganization and time management skills are a must\nAbility to take direction well, work independently, as well as in a group setting\nMust be a team player with an optimistic attitude\nMust have outstanding verbal and written communication skills\nMust have proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, provide a high level of attention to detail\nMust be able to multitask, managing multiple deadlines at once\nMust be able to move racks and lift boxes of Salesman Samples daily\nThe skills, abilities and physical demands described in this job description represent requirements that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential job responsibilities of this role\nCompensation & Total Rewards:\nAt Fabletics, we believe work and life should fit together!
