Location: Bedford Park, IL (Argo Plant).\nResponsibilities Ensure instrumentation, control systems, and documentation support quality and production goals for assigned unit(s).\nIdentify and implement improvements in instrumentation/control systems and support effective Management of Change, including PSM and validation considerations.\nMaintain knowledge continuity through specific subject matter expertise in an element of the site control system.\nManage assigned capital projects within approved cost, schedule, and scope constraints.\nParticipate in control systems lifecycle planning to ensure continued support and fit for use as they approach obsolescence.\nDrive continuous improvement within plant automation.\nResearch and evaluate new technologies and applications that may be beneficial to the business.\nShare knowledge and assist within the group, with other plants, and with any other customers within the organization.\nQualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, controls engineering, automation, or related field, or relevant experience.\nProven experience with DeltaV systems in a regulated manufacturing environment (food, beverage, pharmaceutical).\nKnowledge of PLC and DCS hardware and software, and data historians.\nProject management experience and track record of successful projects.\nMastery of theory, application, specification, installation, and tuning of control valves and measurement devices.\nExperience with network infrastructure; CCNP certification is a plus.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity concepts and principles.\nStrong communication skills to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.\nBenefits Competitive salary and performance‑based pay.\nComprehensive benefits and wellness support (health, dental, vision, 401(k)).\nFlexible work arrangements.\nCareer growth opportunities, including tuition reimbursement.\nEmployee recognition and discount programs.\nRelocation available within the country.\nWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
