business requirements and translate operational needs into SAP process improvement.\nDevelop and analyze SAP reports and operational metrics to drive business decisions and continuous improvement.\nMaintain data integrity for Bills of Material (BOMs), routings, warehouse master data, inventory records, and work centers.\nImprove warehouse layouts, storage strategies, material handling, line-side delivery, kitting, and staging processes.\nSupport inbound logistics including goods receipt, receiving, inventory transactions, and warehouse execution activities.\nOptimize outbound logistics, order picking, staging, shipping, and inventory movement processes.\nLead inventory accuracy initiatives including cycle counting, reconciliation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.\nCollaborate with supply chain, transportation, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to improve on-time delivery and operational performance.\nSupport new product introductions (NPI), production transfers, production ramp-ups, and facility expansion projects.\nEnsure compliance with aerospace quality systems including AS9100, FAA/EASA requirements, and customer standards where applicable.\nParticipate in internal and external audits by providing process documentation, data, and corrective action support.\nTrain operators, warehouse personnel, supervisors, and business stakeholders on new processes and SAP functionality.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related technical discipline\nOR\nMinimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, warehouse engineering, logistics engineering, or continuous improvement within an aerospace or manufacturing environment.\nExperience working with SAP WM, SAP EWM, or SAP S/4HANA Warehouse Management.\nExperience supporting warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.\nExperience with:\nGoods Receipt
