{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"be271fc7de6ef72db2627a4b","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/be271fc7de6ef72db2627a4b","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/be271fc7de6ef72db2627a4b","title":"Technical Project Manager","description":"MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Technical Project Manager to join our team at Quantico, VA.\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\nCoordinates the procurement, shipping, installation, configuration, and integration of multi-network systems for a global USMC program, driving a seamless \"DISA-to-Desktop\" architecture.\nPlans, designs, and maintains the connectivity of enterprise system and network assets, ensuring compliance and secure operations across classified networks and domains\nEnsures all systems, servers, network switches, and routers are operational, properly configured, and strictly compliant with DISA STIG requirements; performs regular maintenance and troubleshooting.\nConfigures, maintains, and monitors firewalls, IDS/IPS, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for access control, implementing security measures tailored for specialized USMC systems.\nSupports the planning and implementation of enterprise service connections across domains, facilitating secure cloud computing architecture (SCCA), cross-domain solutions, and guards.\nCollaborates with ISSOs and Cybersecurity Services Leads in the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, providing inputs and documentation, and mentors/trains other NOC staff and Junior Engineers.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBA/BS in a relevant technical field (Four (4) years of additional relevant experience can be substituted in lieu of degree); 9+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5 years of that time spent working in a relevant Systems/Network Engineering role.\nDeep understanding of systems integration, networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), routing, and comprehensive network security principles.\nExpertise in configuring and managing enterprise devices (routers, switches, firewalls) with hands-on experience in Cisco technologies (e.g., IOS, NX-OS) and security appliances (e.g., ASA firewalls, ISE).\nProven experience securing classified networks (SIPR, NIPR, JWICS) and implementing DISA STIGs; strong familiarity with NIST frameworks and RMF.\nMust hold an active DoD 8570.01-M IAT Level II certification at minimum.\n\nDesired Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or a relevant discipline.\nExperience implementing multi-vendor VoIP and VTC products in RMF environments.\nExperience with scripting/automation tools for system management; familiarity with the ITIL framework (ITIL Foundation certificate desired).\nRelevant high-level networking or systems certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP, CCIE, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft, or Red Hat).\nPrior experience supporting a USMC enterprise program, or experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., INDOPACOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM).\n\nClearance Requirements:\nMust have a current/active TS/SCI clearance\nMust be eligible to obtain Special Access Program (SAP)\nTravel Requirements:\n25% CONUS and OCONUS\n\nPhysical Requirements:\nThe person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
