DCDX Technical Program Manager.

Location: NY ONLY, (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) Key Responsibilities: Program Leadership:Lead cross-functional programs focused on Data Cloud technologies and User Experience enhancements across Client’s portfolio companies.Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal teams, portfolio companies, and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.Communicate program updates, risks, and milestones effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders.Act as a trusted advisor to portfolio companies, providing guidance on best practices for leveraging Data Cloud solutions and improving UX.Technical Expertise:Apply deep knowledge of Data Cloud technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) to design and implement scalable data solutions.Partner with technical teams to ensure data architecture and integration align with business needs.Advocate for user-centric design principles to enhance digital experiences across platforms.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Process Optimization:Drive continuous improvement efforts within the Portfolio Delivery Office, leveraging industry best practices in program management and technology delivery.Establish frameworks and methodologies to streamline program execution. Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.Experience:Minimum of 12 years of experience in project or program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives.Experience working with Data Cloud technologies (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and implementing data-driven solutions.Strong understanding of User Experience (UX) principles and methodologies.Technical Skills:Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data integration platforms.Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.Leadership & Communication:Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.Other Requirements:Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.PMP, PgMP, or similar certifications are a plus.
