In this role, you will be part of a startup-minded, agile team responsible for developing and enhancing our next-generation investment services platform. Your contributions will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and high-quality software solutions that deliver digital-first experiences to our members and financial advisors. Working with a modern tech stack—including Go, Java, APIs, and OpenShift—you will help build innovative tools that promote seamless, intelligent, and scalable investment solutions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment that values bold thinking and continuous improvement.The role involves supporting all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, documentation, and deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, improve application stability, and contribute to automated testing efforts. The position requires a flexible work environment, with an expectation of being in the office four days per week, based in San Antonio, TX, or Plano, TX.
