The opportunity now is to join a rocketship as we prepare for the next stage of growth, and an eventual public listing.\n\nThis role is onsite 5 days a week in Milpitas, CA\n\nAs a warehouse IT specialist, you will help us maintain networks, security camera systems, badge systems, alarm systems, printers, desktops, laptops, and other IT assets. A successful candidate should have experience in IT project coordination, a solid technical background, and strong organizational and analytical skills.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nProvide daily Tier 1 IT support for warehouse operations, including network, laptop/desktop, warehouse badge/alarm system, barcode and Wi-Fi printer, scanner, touch screen, PDA, UPS, and other IT-related equipment.\nManage IT equipment inventory, IT assets, and in-house Warehouse Management System (WMS) user access privileges.\nMaintain, repair/replace, and ensure all IT equipment is in good working condition, including preventative maintenance.\nPerform Daily, Weekly, Monthly IT and Warehouse Inspections.\nSupport and maintain IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN networks, Access Points, MDF/IDF, video conferences, SAN, NAS, surveillance systems, security cameras, and warehouse system-related IT servers, storage, and applications.\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding.\nCreate basic floor plans and elevation diagrams for building, MDF/IDF, and IT Infrastructure.\nCreate simple project plans for IT Infrastructure and buildouts.\nWrite SOPs and user manuals and provide IT training to end users.\nParticipate in the local implementation of HQ projects.\nOther projects or tasks assigned by IT and Warehouse Managers and/or /Directors\n\nQualifications\n\n4-7 years of relevant work experience in IT support.\nProficient computer networking skills, such as managing the IT server room network switch/firewall.\nExperienced in computer troubleshooting skills (Windows, Mac OS)\nPossess good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExperienced in security camera systems & badge systems.\nNimble and patient with good communication skills.\nWorks independently without supervision\nWarehouse-related IT support experience is preferred.\nCCNA or equivalent\n\nWork Schedule:\n\nOffice Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (Flexible schedule based upon business needs)\nOn-Call: Monday - Friday, 5 PM - 9 AM; Saturday - Sunday, 24 hours\n\nBenefits\n\nComprehensive health insurance package, including medical, dental, and vision.
