plus\nFamiliarity with hardware components such as servers, storage, and networking equipment\nAbility to troubleshoot methodically and follow documented processes\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nComfortable working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP\nExposure to automation or scripting such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python\nExperience supporting data center or lab environments\nRelevant certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, Red Hat, or VMware\nSoft Skills and
