This includes working closely with IT architects, ITBA Product teams, IT Infrastructure Operations, and Cyber Intelligence and Security teams to evaluate new tools and technologies, develop proof of value (POV) solutions, and implement AI solutions within company’s private cloud environment. Provides technical consulting and/or leadership on complex projects. Serves as technical expert in one or more areas of applications systems analysis and programming. Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems. Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and document programs. Works companywide in multi-platform environments, on multi-project assignments. Acts as a project work team or group leader. Guides and advises less experienced Programmer Analysts.\nResponsibilities:\nEvaluate Generative AI solutions from a functional, technical, and risk standpoint\nDevelopment and implementation of Gen AI solutions to solve complex business problems and enhance operational efficiency.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.\nCollaborate with architects to design, code, test, and deploy modular and scalable AI architectures.\nEnsure the security, performance, and reliability of AI solutions by following coding best practices and performing thorough testing and validation.\nLead and mentor less experienced programmers on complex projects\nStay current with industry advancements and continuously seek opportunities to improve AI capabilities within the organization.\nResponsible for building effective working relationships, making sound decisions, successfully making changes, initiating action and achieving results as a trusted advisor.\nRequired Proven experience with:\n7+ Years of experience in programming and systems analysis.\n3+ years of experience in GenAI or AI/ML application development.\n2+ years of experience in DevOps deploying Cloud hosted solutions.\nExperience in developing Generative AI applications including RAG architecture, and model fine-tuning; experience with Agentic AI is a plus.\nFull Stack Development\nExperience in scrum methodology and devsec ops\nTop Required Skills:\nAdvanced proficiency in .NET, React, Angular, Python, and SQL development.\nAdvanced proficiency in working with SQL Server and Oracle databases and experience working with NoSQL databases.\nAdvanced proficiency in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform.\nExperience in developing Generative AI applications including RAG architecture, and model fine-tuning; experience with Agentic AI is a plus.\nTechnical expertise in all aspects of application systems analysis and programming, with proven capability in creating detailed design documents.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.\nStrong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.\nExperience in deploying AI solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.\nExperience in adapting to and applying rapidly changing technology to business needs.
