Lead Material Specialist

A company is looking for a Lead Material Specialist. Key Responsibilities Supervise a small team and manage complex problem-solving related to material requirements Coordinate supply chain tasks, optimize material flow, and maintain tracking of materials for projects Conduct inventory discrepancy analysis and assist with logistics coordination and regulatory compliance Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 13 years of experience Experience with ERP/MRP systems and inventory management transactions Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) Familiarity with regulatory and quality compliance standards (AS9100, ISO)
