Seasonal Warehouse Forklift Driver - 1st Shift (Green Pointe)

Position Summary The Warehouse Forklift Driver safely operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift trucks to move, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse and production facility. The role also performs order picking, maintains accurate inventory counts, and upholds strict safety and housekeeping standards. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift trucks to transport materials and finished goodsSafely load and unload trucks, trailers, and containersPerform order picking and ensure inventory accuracy through RF or manual countsDeliver materials to designated areas within the warehouse or production floorMaintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work areaPerform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting as neededRead and interpret work orders, bills of lading, and shipping/receiving documentsFollow all OSHA regulations and company safety protocolsAssist with other warehouse tasks, shipping, or receiving duties as assigned Education and ExperienceRequired: Previous experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or lift trucksMechanical aptitude for basic equipment maintenance and troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret work orders and shipping/receiving paperworkProficient basic math skills for inventory tracking and order accuracyFamiliarity with standard shipping and receiving processes Physical RequirementsAble to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and perform repetitive physical tasksComfortable working at heights when requiredAbility to stand, walk, bend, and twist for extended periodsForklift Certification / Proven Forklift ExperienceStrong attention to detail for accurate product handling and inventory countsAbility to read work orders, shipping documents, and follow verbal instructionsBasic math skills for inventory and order pickingPhysically able to lift 50 lbs. and work at heights as assignedKnowledge of OSHA safety standards and commitment to safe practicesReliable attendance and willingness to support additional warehouse tasks as needed
