The Senior Helpdesk Administrator supports desktop applications, web-based applications, client/server applications, computer/networking hardware, standard operating systems, internally developed custom applications, etc. Position is restricted to local candidates and job duties cannot be performed remotely.Knowledge and Experience• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in an IT field• Customer service and interaction• Intune• O365 Experience (including OneDrive, Office products, SharePoint, etc.)• Familiarity with software installation• PowerShell commands and scripting experience• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP• AWS SysOps and infrastructure/architecture• PowerShell scripting and automation• Palo Alto firewall• IIS• Intune AdministrationPotential certs: AWS, Microsoft, or network-related certs, A+, Network+, Security+, any Microsoft CertsNote: Candidates must have an active FPCC, or complete the FPCC application process, to be considered for this position.Required SkillsMinimum 3-5 years working experience in an IT fieldExperience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCPAssociate's degree or Higher
