(Totes and Bulk)\nStorage Market (SMKT, KMKT, MMKT, SVKT, etc.):\nPoint-of-use parts replenishment, for designated production lines.\nMaintain, report, and drive STO’s cross divisional and other locations replenishment process.\nParts Replenishment: Point-of-use parts replenishment for designated production lines. Follow First in First Out (FIFO) when putting away, picking and replenishment material.\nMT: Fulfilling and transacting MT requests, received either electronically or via hard copy.\nSales Order Fulfillment: Fulfilling and transacting Sales Orders\nSTO: Process approved Stock Transfer Orders\nVLM: Process Vertical Lift Module orders\nSPP Kitting: Production parts replenishment via SPP kitting process.\nPack Out: Packing System carts, FRUs and kits.\nRoute Running: Kanban fulfillment and Bin to Bin transactions.\nCross Dock: Capable of performing cross dock function.\nAbility to obtain certification across all core curriculums.\nInventory Control: Conduct material audits and parts verification and evaluate bin capacity and consolidations to increase storage capacity. Maintain various SOX compliance audit records.\nResponsible for assisting Material Handler-1, as needed to drive productivity and accuracy.\nResponsible for complying with general Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Warehouse housekeeping processes.\nMaintain warehouse safety and housekeeping in accordance with 5S principles.\nAchieve all warehouse-related tasks certifications.\nCommunicating verbally and via email the status of material movements and transactions to appropriate internal customers.\nActively participate in the Continuous Improvement program, including the creation and implementation of small-scale improvements.\nAble to locate and count parts accurately (using cycle-count documents), execute required WMS data input and accurately complete required documentation.\nAble to effectively apply knowledge of material flow and warehousing principles to Material Handling assignments (FIFO, consolidation, lean principles).\nWarehouse Drivers- responsible for transporting goods to and from warehouses, loading and unloading cargo, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and ensuring safe delivery of materials.\nDrivers will be on the truck 75% of their work shift and 25% in the warehouse.\n\nQualifications\n\nRequired Skills and Experience\nTypically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience at Intuitive, or relevant external experience of 2 - 4 years.\nExperience and/or certification in operating material-handling equipment.\nAbility to adhere to attendance, safety, quality, and performance guidelines.\nExperience with computer systems (MS Office, SAP, Agile, WMS) is preferred.\nInventory control experience (cycle counting, physical inventories).\nA valid driver’s license and experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is required. Experience with large trucks and knowledge of warehouse logistics is beneficial.\nRequired Education and Training\nPossess high school degree/ Secondary Education or equivalent.\nKnowledge of Kanban systems and other lean material handling principles.\nWorking Conditions\nAbility to lift material up to 35 lbs.\nLoad & unload trucks as needed via forklift or pallet jacks.\nWrap, weigh & prepare shipments on skids/pallets.\nExtensive walking and repetitive physical motion (squatting, bending, lifting, climbing ladders) is required.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nMust continuously exhibit and showcase CCEE (Character, Capacity, Energy, and Experience)\nExcellent verbal, written skills, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.\nAbility to work independently.\n\nAdditional Information\n\nDue to the nature of our business and the role, please note that Intuitive and/or your customer(s) may require that you show current proof of vaccination against certain diseases including COVID-19.
