Our expertise includes Microsoft 365 administration, Intune device management, Entra ID, Windows Server administration, networking, and cybersecurity best practices.Role DescriptionCloudify Fast Solutions is seeking a full-time Remote Microsoft Support Technician to support and manage Microsoft 365 environments for internal operations and client organizations. This role is fully remote and ideal for a motivated IT professional who is comfortable working independently while collaborating with clients and team members in a virtual environment.The Microsoft 365 Administrator will be responsible for maintaining Microsoft 365 services, supporting cloud infrastructure, managing users and devices, implementing security best practices, and troubleshooting technical issues across multiple environments.ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDriveManage user accounts, groups, permissions, and Microsoft licensing within Entra IDSupport device management and compliance policies using Microsoft IntuneConfigure and manage Conditional Access, MFA, and security policiesTroubleshoot Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and user access issuesAssist with onboarding/offboarding processes and device deploymentsMonitor system health, security alerts, and service performanceSupport Windows 10/11 and Windows Server environments as neededMaintain documentation related to configurations, procedures, and support processesCollaborate on IT projects, migrations, and security initiativesQualificationsExperience administering Microsoft 365 environmentsFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune and Entra IDKnowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive administrationUnderstanding of cybersecurity best practices including MFA and Conditional AccessExperience supporting Windows 10/11 environmentsStrong troubleshooting and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExperience with networking fundamentals and Windows Server administration is a plusBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related experience preferred
