Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential, as well as versatility at juggling multiple tasks and projects concurrently. A successful candidate will be a self-starter and quick learner, capable of grasping new concepts quickly, and consistently following through to deliver quality results in a client-focused, team environment.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nAct as first level support for business users, troubleshooting enterprise application issues;\r\nPerform implementation, maintenance, remediation, and troubleshooting services for enterprise applications;\r\nWork closely with internal users and external vendors to resolve production support issues;\r\nAnalyze and drive root cause analysis;\r\nMaintain technical support documentation;\r\nAssist in testing and monitoring system changes implemented in accordance with policies and procedures;\r\nWork with business sponsors to define business requirements, determine scope, and identify technical alternatives and limitations for system enhancements and change requests;\r\nTranslate business requirements into functional application configurations and process-related improvements;\r\nSupport users by developing documentation and assistance tools;\r\nUpdate job knowledge by researching new technologies and software products; participate in educational opportunities; read professional publications; maintain personal networks; participate in professional organizations.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Software Engineering, IT Related field or equivalent experience required;\r\nStrong MS Excel, SQL and data analytics required;\r\nPrior experience application troubleshooting and software issue resolution;\r\nDesire and ability to efficiently learn new technology and business concepts;\r\nStrong communication and collaboration skills, commitment to a client-focused, solutions-oriented approach;\r\nStrong organization and time-management skills;\r\nSense of urgency to meet deadlines while maintaining a high-level of attention to detail and a quality work product;\r\nAdditional experience, knowledge or familiarity with the following a plus: FishBowl Inventory Management System; SQL language including insert/update/deletes, joins, stored procedures etc; custom report creation; exposure to application development principles and processes;\r\nLocal candidates only\r\nAdditional Information\r\nTraining\r\nYou will be trained on the specifics of Vode's lighting systems, relevant internal systems, and the construct of the lighting industry and constituents we serve.\r\nBenefits and Compensation\r\nVacation and sick leave\r\nYearly bonus\r\nHealth and Dental plans\r\n401K plan with matching funds\r\nReady to join us?
