Michigan that offers strategic talent solutions to our clients worldwide.DescriptionThis posting is for a Full-Stack Software Engineer in the Product Platforms organization.In this role, the engineer will participate in all aspects of requirements gathering, design, development, and support of software products supporting Client.Teams in our organization use Agile development methodologies.Responsibilities IncludeDirect interaction with business users and other technical teamsCollaboration with Product Management on product backlogs and roadmapsCradle-to-grave ownership of software productsOwnership of applications, supporting AWS infrastructure, test automation, and CI/CD pipelinesPosition Duties & ResponsibilitiesCollaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to define and design new features, ensuring alignment with business goals.Development: Build and maintain software applications using a range of technologies, focusing on performance and scalability.Code Review: Participate in code reviews to provide constructive feedback and promote best practices among team members.Support: Provide support for application issues, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.Agile Participation: Engage actively in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Architecture Contribution: Assist in the design and architecture of systems, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code and processes.Requirements/PreferencesEducation Requirement(s):Computer Science or related degree preferredSkill & Competency Requirements3+ years of experience in full-stack software development for mid-level positions;
