The firm is recognised for delivering measurable commercial outcomes. Their focus is on commercial and retail banking. The Opportunity This hire reflects continued investment in senior leadership as demand grows across Core Banking Strategy. You will play a central role in centralizing back-end software that financial institutions use to manage their daily operations Key Responsibilities Lead complex Strategy engagements across the product lifecycle in core banking: Ledger & Processing: Records all daily banking transactions and processes account updates either in real time or in end-of-day batches. Account Management: Maintains customer data, account opening workflows, and relationship management securely. Financial Products: Calculates and posts interest, applies service charges, and processes loan and credit applications. Omnichannel Support: Syncs data across physical branches, ATMs, mobile banking, and web platforms Advise senior executives on commercial and strategic challenges Drive business development and key account growth Build and mentor high-performing consulting teams Contribute to thought leadership and industry presence Candidate Profile 10+ years’ experience in consulting for a tier 1 global strategy consultancy Strong industry experience across retail and commercial banking. Experience working with some of the top 10 US banks is a must. Proven track record delivering core banking strategy across FIS, SAP Transactional Banking for SAP S/4HANA, Temenos, STK, Mambu, Thought Machine, Fiserv, Finastra, Oracle FLEXCUBE etc. Established client banking relationships in the US with personal sales averaging above $4m per annum Advanced degree preferred What Success Looks Like Rapid credibility with senior stakeholders New client wins and repeat business generation Strong team leadership and capability building Contribution to thought leadership initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr
