We are a high growth healthcare information technology company with a start-up 'vibe' but over 3,000 customers using our proven solutions.\n\nBluesight is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to work on our 340BCheck product. 340BCheck helps our customers ensure complete and continuous 340B program compliance through automated auditing across multiple data sources, comprehensive documentation, and centralized communication and collaboration.\n\nYou can expect to\nCollaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teammates on product development\nBuild and maintain back-end API components in FastAPI\nDevelop and implement front-end interfaces using React\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and monitoring\nWrite unit and integration tests to maintain code quality and reliability\nHelp translate business requirements into technical solutions alongside product and design partners\nParticipate in code reviews, giving and receiving constructive feedback, and follow engineering best practices\nContinuously learn and grow your skills, staying curious about industry trends and emerging technologies\nExemplify our Core Values (Get Stuff Done, Join Forces, Honor the Customer, Redefine Possible, and Have Fun)\nQualifications and Requirements\n2+ years of professional software engineering experience\nA bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)\nWorking knowledge of Python and FastAPI backend development\nExperience building applications with React with Typescript\nFamiliarity with writing tests (unit, integration) to support code quality\nUnderstanding of SQL database systems (MySQL)\nSolid problem-solving skills and a willingness to dig into technical challenges\nGood verbal and written communication skills and comfort working in a team\nExperience with and familiarity with AWS cloud services\nA proactive, self-driven attitude towards learning and continuous improvement\n\nPreferredQualifications\nExperience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) data\nFamiliarity with Terraform or infrastructure as code\nExperience with CodeBuild and CI/CD pipelines\nWhat you'll get from us\nOpportunities to solve problems of scale, debt and security to redefine what’s possible in medication intelligence\nRoom to be creative and choose your own path\nTrust in your sense of ownership\nDedicated budget for training and career development\nCoworkers who you'll learn from, who will push you and who are looking to learn from you\n\nThe standard base pay range for this role is $90,000-$105,000 when annualized.
