Traveling Support Assistant

Five Lakes Coffee is looking for a Traveling Support Assistant to strengthen our Michigan and Indiana location teams. If you're a motivated, dependable, self-starter with a desire to work in a coffee shop, have a passion for providing customer service, then we may be just the team you’re looking to join! Food Service & Management experience is a must. Looking for a Full Time leader that is over 18 with a flexible schedule that is willing to work 32 - 45 hours a week. A great candidate is someone who loves to smile, can take charge, has high energy, fun to be around, and can assist the leadership team with day-to-day operations of running the business. Would take pride in getting results & growing people by knowing when and how to jump in and support to ensure the store is always delivering the Five Lakes Coffee experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Supports stores with weekly coverage needs and backs up the leadership team to ensure overall expectations are being meet and followed. Sets up, produces, and serves coffee, specialty drinks, and smoothies. Represents Five Lakes Coffee in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner with all customer and employee interactions. Ensures that all necessary beverage items such as tea, milk, sugar and snacks are filled and displayed in a clean and consistent manner Greets customers courteously, and interacts with customers in a manner to ensure customer satisfaction. Interact with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner. Serves customer beverage orders quickly, in proper portions, and with a customer first focus. Relays relevant comments & concerns from customers directly as a team leader. Consistently exhibits the ability to keep up with fast paced environment and does so calmly, accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, communicating food/beverage needs to leadership team. Supports store manager with interviewing, hiring, and training when necessary.
