MarketSource is headquartered in Alpharetta, GA.\nResponsibilities:\nSummary\n\nThe Field Canvasser/Recall Specialist will be responsible for effectively managing a territory to ensure that assigned cases pertaining to Takata airbag recalls, or other Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) critical initiatives assigned, are completed, or cases closed on identified targeted vehicles in their assigned geography.\n\nEssential Job Functions:\nConduct field canvassing, “door knocks” and face-to-face visits at identified addresses to close cases with required documentation\nUtilize MarketSource Salesforce.com Dashboard to review case assignments and closures\nSubject matter expert on assigned initiative(s)\nUnderstand and communicate to the customer any incentives, benefits, and programs pertaining to initiatives that are available.\nComplete, upload, and record all information to specific requirements in Salesforce.com\nUtilize mapping and route optimization tools to effectively maximize productivity\nEducate consumers on the extreme importance of recall and/or initiative(s)\nOvercome hesitancy and resistance from consumers to close cases\nDevelop relationships and work closely with assigned businesses in designated markets and field team members\nContact or visit other locations as assigned\nConduct investigative work to verify the accuracy of identified outcomes from call reports\nUtilize databases and additional resources to find supporting documentation that substantiates or updates outcomes\nUtilize available online resources to identify the location, owner, and disposition of identified target.\nConduct follow-up calls to validate phone numbers and/or schedule appointments for the field team\nDocument results of research in Salesforce.com or another database as directed\nQualifications:\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nWillingness to adhere to activity and reporting requirements\nProven experience interacting with customers in person, via phone call, text, and email\nEffective communication and organization skills\nAbility to work independently in the field with limited supervision\nAbility to analyze and utilize key information to create territory action plans to achieve business objectives\nAbility to make independent decisions in the field positively impacting business objectives\nExcellent written, verbal, and communication skills\nAbility and willingness to conduct presentations to both small and large groups of people, to a diverse audience including, business personnel, customers, and community leaders\nStrong interpersonal skills\nAbility to work a non-traditional schedule, weekends, and evenings\nBilingual desired (English/Spanish)\n\nJob Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\n1+ years of work experience, industry-specific background preferred\nMust have reliable transportation to perform essential functions within an assigned geographic area\nValid Driver’s License\nAdditional Job Requirements\nFrequently position self to get in and out of a vehicle\nRegularly ascend and descend stairs\nFrequently move objects weighing up to twenty pounds\nConsistently work in outdoor weather conditions\nAdditional Information:\nMarketSource is an Equal Opportunity Employer and will consider all applications without regards to race, sex, age, color, religion, national origin, veteran status, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any characteristic protected by law.
