They may also clean and prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble other waste materials.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nClean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards\nLoad, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools while distributing them to the appropriate locations\nControl traffic passing near, in, or around work zones with appropriate training provided\nSignal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials with appropriate training provided\nDig ditches or trenches, backfill excavations, or compact and level earth using picks, shovels, pneumatic tampers, or rakes\nMay be required to enter trenches and/or confined spaces after receiving proper training\nUnderstand and comply with safety considerations as set herein and as directed by the Foreman/Supervisor\n\nCandidates that accept an offer of employment are required to undergo and successfully complete a pre-employment physical examination. This exam is essential to ensure that all potential employees meet the necessary health and fitness standards for the role.
