In this role, you'll prepare and serve food in accordance with approved menus, recipes, and dietary guidelines, ensuring delicious and safe dining experiences for all.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain timely meal service and ensure smooth kitchen operationsReview daily menus and event calendars to confirm necessary ingredients and suppliesPrepare meals that are nutritious, visually appealing, and consistent with residents' dietary needsFollow standardized recipes and make substitutions only when authorizedServe food using proper portion control methodsAssist with preparing special meals for events and celebrationsAccurately estimate portions and manage leftovers to minimize waste and control food costsAdhere to state and county regulations regarding sanitation, food safety, storage, recordkeeping, and chemical handlingOperate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., steamer, oven, grill, meat slicer, mixer, grinder, dishwasher)Maintain organized, clean, and compliant cooler and freezer spacesComplete daily cleaning assignments to uphold sanitation standardsBenefits We OfferCompetitive PayShift Differentials for select shifts and positionsPaycheck AdvancesPaid vacationEmployee Referral Bonus ProgramReady to join our team?
