You’ll be responsible for servicing and supporting medical imaging systems across multiple modalities, with full training provided, including OEM-level certification. This field-based role offers autonomy, hands-on technical development, and direct client interaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nTroubleshoot, repair, and maintain medical imaging systems at client sites, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.\nSupport installations, upgrades, validations, and preventive maintenance.\nDeliver a professional and consultative service, acting as a primary technical contact for designated facilities.\nMaintain accurate service logs, part usage records, and customer communication.\nEngage in OEM and internal technical training programs to continue developing modality-specific knowledge.\nCollaborate with regional and national service teams to escalate complex cases and share field insights.\n\nRequirements:\n\n1+ years’ experience in medical imaging engineering, biomedical engineering, or military medical engineering.\nSolid foundation in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electromechanical and electronic medical devices.\nStrong communication skills to interact confidently with healthcare staff and internal teams.\nComfortable using digital platforms and Microsoft Office software.\nValid driver’s license required.\nAble to lift and transport up to 50 lbs unassisted and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.\nMust pass a background check and post-offer drug screen.\nMust meet customer access requirements, including necessary immunizations or additional screenings.\n\nWhat’s Offered\n\nFull training provided, including OEM training across supported modalities\nRelocation support is available for the right candidate\nGenerous car allowance or fully expensed company vehicle\nRetirement support included as part of the benefits package\nComprehensive medical and dental coverage\nTravel reimbursement and paid expenses\nFull Benefits upon request\n\nWhy Choose nGenium?\nAt nGenium, we empower exceptional professionals to excel in medical imaging engineering.
