This role requires the ability to identify real versus false failures, troubleshoot test equipment, and work collaboratively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment. The hours are 9pm - 6:30am Sunday - Thursday.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform functional and non-routine testing on components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications.\nSet up and operate test equipment such as DC power supplies and bench testers.\nInterpret and analyze pass/fail data accurately.\nTroubleshoot and maintain test equipment as needed.\nCollaborate with front-end and back-end manufacturing teams to meet production and quality standards.\nRequired Qualifications:\nTypically requires one year of experience or less.\nExcellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling micro devices.\nProficient in general computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work overtime as needed.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious electronics experience in a manufacturing setting.\n\"This position requires you to access information that is subject to U.S. export regulations.
