During this accelerated 6-month program based in North Canton, Ohio, you'll be exposed to all aspects of The Timken Company business.\n\nJob Description:\n\nProvide engineering support to the customerand all areas of the company on existing bearing designs.\nAnalyze and implement design changes through 3D modeling software.\nUnderstand and leverage design for manufacturing techniques to satisfy customer requirements in the most efficient ways.\nDesign new bearings by applying engineering principles and working collaboratively on new product introduction teams.\nWork on cross-functional project teams including manufacturing, R&D, product implementation teams, and application engineering.\n\nEducational requirements/Qualifications:\n\nFuture college graduate (December 2026 - May 2027).\nBachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or related degree.\nMinimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above.\nEngineering internships/co-ops preferred.\nAbility to relocate to our Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio.\nMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.\n\nAll qualified applicants shall be treated equally according to their individual qualifications, abilities, experiences and other employment standards.
