Business Analyst
Our client is looking to fill the role of Business Analyst. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in the company's operations department, assisting with technology implementation and processes in its primary database. This position requires a strong background in business technology and working with development teams, specifically within Salesforce environments.Compensation: Salary range: 90k-130k depending on experience level, plus discretionary bonus potential. Responsibilities:Work on technological implementations in Salesforc Create and run ad hoc reporting from Salesforce Lay out new fields and processes for Salesforce and work with the development team to test functionality Write procedures for maintaining data integrity in our various systems Create process documents outlining data procedures and new updates in Salesforce Assist with data cleanup projects Analyze existing processes for inefficiencies and redundancies, and propose improvements Train team members on Salesforce procedures Troubleshoot Salesforce performance issues and work with the development team to resolve errors Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in business analysis and operations, with a proven track record of working with large datasets and performing complex analyses. 1-2 years of experience in the mortgage or real estate industry, with a solid understanding of mortgage products preferred. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of the Agile Methodologies and Atlassian (Jira) platform. High attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multi-task and prioritize assigned tasks / projects with minimal assistance. Knowledge of system integrations and the ability to assess their impact on business processes and requirements. Expert troubleshooting skills to investigate resolve and escalate problems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Salesforce certifications are a plus Benefits:This position is eligible for the following benefits: Annual discretionary bonus program.
