The candidate should be skilled with SharePoint, organization techniques, communication, and creativity.\nThis position will work in tandem with IHS Health Information Technology Modernization Program’s PMO and report directly to the Kadiak Program Director. The position is integral to our success at IHS and providing our client with the most organized and professional team members to meet their expectations.\nEssential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:\n\nSharePoint Development:\n\nDevelop, enhance, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, pages, and custom front-end components\nImplement modern UI experiences using JSON formatting for columns, views, and list forms\nBuild and maintain integrated Power Apps connected to SharePoint and other M365 data sources\nDevelop and support Power Automate workflows for approvals, notifications, and process automation\nApply consistent UI/UX patterns, naming conventions, and design standards across all solutions\nTroubleshoot and resolve SharePoint performance, permissions, and configuration issues\nEvaluate existing SharePoint sites and current presence, recommending and implementing improvements in alignment with organizational needs and best practices\nMaintain and update SharePoint sites for a variety of audiences to support needs, organizational changes, efforts, and strategic direction\nDevelop best practices for SharePoint content and presence incorporating into a strategic approach and in coordination with existing teams managing the content and sites\nEvaluates practices, recommends, and implements improvements to streamline communications and content delivery to a variety of audiences in a sustainable method for the future factoring in non-dedicated resources for SharePoint support\nSupport in the preparation of status reports, meeting minutes, hosting of meetings, creating meeting agendas and technical program presentations for upper-level management and sponsors\nPowerBI & Dashboard Support:\n\nAssist with Power BI dataset preparation, SharePoint data modeling, dashboard development, and dashboard integration\nSupport dashboard refresh logic, data migration, data analysis, data analytics, data connections, and report enhancements\nDocumentation, SOPs & Accessibility:\n\nDevelop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, and change tracking artifacts\nEnsure all documentation and user facing materials meet Section 508 accessibility requirements\nContribute to governance, quality control, and standardization across the SharePoint and Power Platform environment\nCross Functional Collaboration:\n\nWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions\nParticipate in testing, validation, and release processes\nSupport knowledge transfer and continuity across the development team\n.NET / JavaScript Support:\n\nAssist with JavaScript, C#/.NET, or ASP.NET components when collaborating with senior developers\nUnderstand clearly how SharePoint integrates with external services, APIs, and legacy components\nWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Required Skills & Experience:\n\n5–7 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint Online development\nRequires technical and business knowledge in multiple disciplines/ processes\nStrong proficiency in:\nSharePoint Online front-end customization\nJSON formatting\nIntegrated Power Apps\nPower Automate\nModern UI/UX design principles\nStrong knowledge of:\nJavaScript\nHTML/CSS\nC#/.NET\nExperience supporting and building Power BI dashboards\nDemonstrated commitment to quality, consistency, and documentation excellence\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and deliver high quality work with minimal oversight\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with enterprise SharePoint governance and best practices\nFamiliarity with SDLC processes, version control, and structured release management\nExperience writing SOPs, technical documentation, and user guides\nMicrosoft certifications in M365, Power Platform, or SharePoint and Power BI\nEducation:\n\nBachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent hands-on experience\nCertifications may substitute for degree requirements\nOur Equal Employment Opportunity Policy\nThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
