The role involves operating and managing CNC machines to produce precision components, setting up and troubleshooting equipment, reading and interpreting blueprints or schematics, and performing quality checks to ensure adherence to specifications. Additionally, the role includes tool maintenance, collaboration with the production team, and ensuring safety and efficiency in daily operations.QualificationsProficiency in CNC machine operation, setup, and troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and GD&TExperience in tool maintenance, machine calibration, and quality assurance practicesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in manufacturing tasksUnderstanding of safety protocols and ability to maintain a safe working environmentPrior experience in metals manufacturing is requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent; advanced technical training is preferred
