The brand is distributed online at fleurdumal.com, in Fleur du Mal boutiques, and with top retailers.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess high volume invoices accurately and timelyProcess employee expense reports in accordance with company policyResearch and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor inquiriesCollaborate cross functionally with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and paymentsMaintain and track prepayments, ensure accurate application and reconciliation Reconcile vendor statements and investigate variancesProcess payments via ACH, wire, credit card and Bill.comManage and process credit card payments, including coding and reconciliation of transactionsMaintain organized records and provide supporting documentation for auditsSupport month end and year end close activities related to accounts payableSupport investor related processes, including preparing documentation and assisting with cash distributions to investorsMonitor aging and help ensure timely payments and strong vendor relationshipsIdentify process improvements and help streamline AP workflowsAnalytical & Project-Based ResponsibilitiesPerform analysis on spend trends, vendor activity, and payment cyclesAssist with cash flow planning by providing insights into AP timing and obligationsSupport ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as neededTake initiative to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and propose solutionsQualifications & Experience2-3 years of experience in AP in consumer goods industryExperience in the fashion industry strongly preferredStrong communications skillsAttention to detail and strong data entry skillsStrong knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks, Bill.comLocation: This role is remote and open to candidates based outside of NYC. For those in the NYC area, occasional in-person attendance for key meetings and team collaboration may be requested.Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 BOE
