This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining cloud-based application environments, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and operational excellence initiatives across multiple product teams. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, stability, security, and performance of development, testing, demonstration, and production-support environments.\r\nKey Responsibilities Design, implement, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes.\r\nManage and support cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.\r\nMaintain and support application environments, including demonstration, development, and testing environments.\r\nCollaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve deployment reliability and operational efficiency.\r\nMonitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for optimization and automation.\r\nSupport performance engineering initiatives and environment readiness activities.\r\nConduct vulnerability analysis and assist with remediation efforts to improve security posture.\r\nParticipate in technical research, architectural evaluations, and implementation of platform enhancements.\r\nTroubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and application issues across multiple environments.\r\nDevelop and maintain operational documentation, standards, and best practices.\r\nProvide operational support during business hours and assist with critical environment maintenance activities as required.\r\nRequired Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\r\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Cloud Operations, or related roles.\r\nHands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and administration.\r\nStrong experience with Infrastructure as Code tools, particularly Terraform.\r\nExperience supporting cloud-hosted applications and environments.\r\nStrong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell, or similar).\r\nExperience with source control and deployment automation tools.\r\nKnowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.\r\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\r\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\r\nPreferred Qualifications Experience supporting enterprise software products and distributed systems.\r\nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.\r\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).\r\nExperience with performance testing, capacity planning, and reliability engineering.\r\nUnderstanding of application security, vulnerability management, and compliance requirements.\r\nExperience contributing to architectural design and technical modernization initiatives.\r\nKey Competencies DevOps and automation expertise.\r\nInfrastructure as Code (Terraform).\r\nCloud operations and environment management.\r\nPerformance engineering.\r\nSecurity and vulnerability analysis.\r\nTechnical research and architectural evaluation.\r\nCross-functional collaboration.\r\nContinuous improvement mindset.\r\nWork Environment This role supports business-critical environments and may occasionally require coordination with geographically distributed teams to ensure operational continuity and successful delivery of platform initiatives.
