Build established production parts as needed. Work closely with Engineering staff to ensure correct sample construction and documentation. Follow instructions from engineers and/or managers for assembly from prints for manufacturing, testing and inspecting parts. Must have 20/20 vision with correction; no color blindness. Good finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to work with MS Office. Ability to move to other areas of the plant as necessary and grasp, operate or use various machines, power tools, fixtures, presses, hand tools, test equipment, microscopes, measurement devices as required. Accurate and legible record keeping and documentation.Requires attention to detail, reasoning, organization and planning capabilities. Ability to handle deadlines, problems solving, teamwork, basic math while performing requirement of the position. Strong written and oral communication in English. Expectation of organizing work, taking initiative and following time efficiencies. Ability to work safely; work respectfully with other departments and teams.Minimum Education RequiredHigh School diploma, GEDSubject to ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and/or EAR (Export Administration Regulations.
