ASLP is a two-week, residential STEM enrichment program held on the campus of, and in partnership with, the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.\n\nThe program serves approximately 200+ high-achieving students entering the eighth and ninth grades from Cape Cod Collaborative member school districts, as well as select off-Cape districts.\n\nResident Assistants are responsible for maintaining good order, discipline, safety, and accountability for students between the hours of 3:30 PM and 8:30 AM. RAs are assigned to a student residence hall and live on-site in the dormitories throughout the program. This is a sleeping post, with lights out from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM.\nThe program runs from July 5 through July 18, requiring a commitment of 13 consecutive nights. Resident Assistants are supported by 24 cadet counselors, a medical team, and a 24/7 on-site Director and Assistant Director. RAs are provided with private rooms and all meals.\n\nThis is a rewarding and fun part-time summer opportunity for the right candidate. 2026 marks the 22nd year of ASLP.\n\nPosition: Resident Assistant\n\nThis is a two-week residential position with total compensation of $2,400.
