Excel Engineering offers Electrical and Control System Engineering and Construction Management Consulting services in the US and abroad.\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\nCandidates for the Program Manager role will be expected to have a strong background in project management within the industrial, manufacturing, utilities, or renewables sectors. The program manager will perform the following tasks including, but not limited to:\nLead and manage energy efficiency projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives. This includes oversight of program delivery, commodity savings, and performance measurement.\nCollaborate with senior portfolio managers and marketing analysts to develop strategic plans for multiple programs.\nConduct performance measurements and data analysis to inform decision-making and optimize program effectiveness.\nMonitor compliance with regulations and grant requirements throughout the project lifecycle.\nUtilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on performance metrics.\nRequirements:\nEducation\nBachelor’s Degree required\nMBA Preferred.\nPMP Certification is preferred\nQualifications\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management.\nProficiency in MS Office\nExperience in SAP strongly preferred\nPreferred Qualifications\nCompliance and regulatory knowledge.\nUtilities sector experience.\nGrant management expertise.\nExcel Engineering is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
