Let's build together a collection of memories!Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet guest service needs especially during the night shift.Attend to guests at the reception providing the highest level of service possible efficiently, courteously and professionally.Assist with the check-in and check-out process, as well as with any special guest requests during the night shift.Reconcile daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash payments, and credit card transactions.Prepare financial account reports and complete the nightly audit process in the hotel management system (PMS).Prepare and deliver end-of-day reports to management.Coordinate with the cleaning, security, and other departments as needed to maintain smooth hotel operations during the night.Comply with all functions according to hotel policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards.Have knowledge of day and night hotel operations, review event sheets, announcement boards and stay up to date with all changes, new procedures, and events.Follow all cash handling and banking procedures to efficiently check out all guests.Be familiar with the AM/PM checklist to ensure smooth daily operations.Follow all company safety policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions to the manager; and complete safety training and certifications.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support the team to achieve common goals.Ensure that the uniform and personal appearance are always clean and professional.Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.Perform other reasonable functions assigned by supervisors.QualificationsHospitality oriented.Previous experience in hospitality or in reception operations, preferably in a night audit role.Previous experience with OPERA PMS, preferred.Ability to work independently and stay focused during night hours.Ability to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.Flexibility to work weekends, holidays as needed and night shifts.Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).Benefits401(k) PlanEmployer Contribution to 401(k)Medical InsuranceVision InsuranceDental InsurancePaid HolidaysEmployee DiscountThe Condado Collection is an equal opportunity employer.
