Concrete Foreman (Small Crew)

Responsibilities B&M Builders Inc in Rancho Cordova CA is seeking to hire a full-time Concrete Foreman to supervise and perform the work and be responsible for preparing, placing, finishing, and curing concrete You ensure each job goes smoothly by coordinating tasks for the day, preparing work schedules, overseeing the quality of the site, and managing the budget You will be responsible for managing a 4 man crew to remove and replace small to medium size flags of concrete around utility services. This is for multiple contracts all of which are multiple years. Must be able to manage the crews time and productivity as well as be able to track your quantities and upload pictures to the internet. Must have a positive attitude and be prepared to not only work as a team but help to lift the team to better production and faster repairs.
