And whoever we’re with, whatever we’re doing, we always make it real.\nPosition Summary\nReporting to the Production Supervisor, as a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to manufacturing, assembling, and packaging our products. Your attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to maintaining quality standards will contribute to the overall success of our production team.\nPosition Responsibilities\nSafety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Comply with all federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to occupational safety.\nQuality Control: Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet specified standards and requirements. Identify any defects, inconsistencies, or non-conformities and report them to the appropriate personnel. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production-related quality issues.\nWork documentation: Accurately complete production logs, work orders, and other required documentation to track production progress and maintain production records. Enter data into computer systems or databases as needed.\nTeam Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and resolve any production-related issues.\nCommunication: Communicate effectively and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.\nAssembly and Production: Perform assembly tasks according to established production guidelines and specifications. This may include operating machinery, using hand tools, or\nfollowing manual assembly processes to build or fabricate components or finished products.\nCleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that materials and equipment are properly stored, and waste is disposed appropriately.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nPosition Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not mandatory.\nPhysical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various environmental conditions.\nKnowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and the use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.\nCompliance with health and hygiene standards, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when required.\nBasic math skills and the ability to perform simple calculations.\nExcellent teamwork and communication.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.\nKnowledge of safety protocols and the ability to prioritize workplace safety.\nFamiliarity with basic computer operations and data entry.\nThis role is performed on site at a facility that regularly processes tree nuts. Employees in this position will routinely work in areas where tree nuts and related allergens are present and may be exposed by contact or in the air.
