Multi-Unit General Manager - QSR Concept

Seeking a Multi-Unit GM to oversee multiple Starbucks and Bojangles-style locations, ensuring operational excellence, team development, and consistent guest experience. This role includes supporting new store openings and managing daily operations across multiple units. Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations for multiple locations, including P&L, labor, and inventory.Recruit, train, and develop store managers and staff.Ensure brand standards, quality, and guest experience are maintained.Support new store openings and operational ramp-up.Implement operational processes and best practices across all locations. QualificationsMulti-unit management experience in Starbucks, Bojangles, or similar QSR/coffee concepts.Experience in store openings, team development, and P&L management.Strong leadership, communication, and operational discipline.Franchise experience preferred.
