This role requires collaboration with staff, participants, and community stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery and growth of the program.\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\n\nModel organizational core values, including caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility.\nServe as a program ambassador, advocate, and liaison.\nRecruit, screen, and enroll participants.\nManage program logistics, including scheduling, securing space, and preparing supplies.\nOversee and support program facilitators, including hiring, training, and coaching.\nTrack, analyze, and report participant and program data.\nFacilitate classes or workshops, ensuring engaging, curriculum-based delivery.\nFoster participant engagement and retention by encouraging group interaction and goal setting.\nDevelop strategies for program growth and improvement in collaboration with leadership.\nMaintain positive relationships with participants and the community to promote program visibility and support.\n\nWhat You Bring to the Table:\n\nMinimum Age: 18\n Passion for the organization’s mission and community impact.\n Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.\n Ability to work with individuals from a wide range of varied backgrounds and experiences across different community contexts effectively.\n Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).\nAvailability for flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends.\n\nCertifications and Training:\n\nOrientation and program-specific training upon hire.\nFirst aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire.\nOngoing professional development as required by the program.\n\nWorking Conditions:\n\nCombination of desk work and physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds.\nMay involve travel between locations\n\nOther Need-to-Know Info:\n\nThis role involves access to sensitive info and systems — so confidentiality and sound judgment are a must.
